I called and they got me in right away. Very friendly staff welcomed me and started work right away on my phone. I went in today for what I thought was a broken back camera screen. The gentleman who helped me, noticed it was just my screen protector that was cracked. It was on there so well, I didn't even realize there was a protector on. He graciously removed the screen protector to confirm and cleaned my phone (no charge).
